These terms and conditions apply to Pixitt (hereby referred to as "Application"), an iOS photo gallery management application created by Sahajdeep Chhabra (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application helps users manage their device's photo gallery through a simple swipe interface.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Application.

3. Photo Management & Data

The Application provides a user interface for managing photos on your device through swipe gestures. Left swipe deletes a photo, right swipe keeps it. Please note:

• You are solely responsible for managing your photos
• Deleted photos cannot be recovered through the Application
• We recommend regularly backing up important photos
• The Application only accesses photos when given explicit permission through iOS
• No photos or user data are transmitted outside your device

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including but not limited to its interface, features, and code, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application or any part of it is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive to make the photo management process as safe as possible, you use the delete function at your own risk. We strongly recommend:

• Backing up your photos before using the Application
• Reviewing photos carefully before deletion
• Using the iOS Photos app's "Recently Deleted" folder as a safety net

6. Limitations of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss of photos or data resulting from:

• User error in photo management
• Device malfunction or software conflicts
• Accidental deletions
• iOS system changes or updates affecting the Application

7. Updates and Changes

The Service Provider may update the Application to improve its functionality or comply with iOS changes. You agree to install updates to continue using the Application. We may also modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Application at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will cease immediately.
